These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BillsEzy billing and business-management software, mobile and web applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Jsons Digisoft Private Limited ("BillsEzy", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Plot No. 16 Ganesh Nagar 6A Near Ajmer Delhi Bypass Behind Kedia House Murlipura Jaipur Rajasthan 302039, CIN : U72900RJ2022PTC079010, GSTIN : 08AAFCJ4580L1Z4.
By creating an account, subscribing to, or using the Service, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
BillsEzy is a cloud-based platform that helps businesses manage billing and operations. Features may include, without limitation:
Specific features available to you depend on your chosen plan. We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.
We offer Free, Growth and Business plans. A [15]-day free trial is available without requiring a payment card. After the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active paid Subscription.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected by you, and are stated exclusive/inclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout. Unless cancelled, Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rates. You authorise us (and our payment partners) to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (such as [Razorpay/UPI]). You agree to their terms in addition to ours. All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST, except taxes on our net income.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your Account or by contacting support. Cancellation, renewal and refund matters are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose; (b) upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts; (c) reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law; (d) use the Service to send spam or violate any person's rights; or (e) overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
As between you and us, you own all Customer Data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Customer Data and for ensuring you have the rights to upload it.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, trademarks and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by or licensed to Jsons Digisoft Private Limited and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the Service as per these Terms.
The Service may integrate with third-party tools and partners (e.g. payment gateways, messaging providers, banks, logistics and accounting tools such as [Razorpay, UPI, WhatsApp, Tally, Shiprocket]). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms and policies.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. Support is provided as described on our website and applicable plan ([support hours / channels]).
We take regular backups of Customer Data using industry practices. Upon termination, we may retain or delete Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You are encouraged to export your data before cancelling.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BillsEzy does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice; you are responsible for verifying GST and statutory compliance for your business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillsEzy and Jsons Digisoft Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Service in the [three (3)] months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BillsEzy, Jsons Digisoft Private Limited, and its directors and employees from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a manner that may cause harm or legal liability. You may terminate by cancelling your Subscription and ceasing use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable arbitration provisions if agreed in writing.
