Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BillsEzy website and software, provided by Jsons Digisoft Private Limited ("BillsEzy", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Products and plans

BillsEzy offers multiple software products (including Billing, CRM, HR, Payroll and Microfinance), each available on different plans. Features and limits depend on the plan you choose. We may add, change or discontinue features to improve the service.

3. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, it lets you evaluate a product for the stated period at no cost. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at any time. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid plan.

4. Billing and payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle, as selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Unless cancelled, subscriptions continue for the chosen cycle. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including: attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful or harmful content, infringing others' rights, or using the service to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into our software. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The BillsEzy software, website, branding and content are owned by Jsons Digisoft Private Limited and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Third-party integrations

Our services may connect with third-party tools (such as payment gateways, messaging and accounting tools). Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their performance.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BillsEzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to any data-retention obligations.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
